The brand was established in 1978 by Helmet House Inc, a wholesaler and distributor of motorcycle apparel and accessories, based in Calabasas Hills, CA. Helmet House also manages Cortech - a sport-bike apparel brand, and is the exclusive U.S. distributor of Shoei helmets.
