How to Place an Order
Motorcyclecenter.com offers multiple payment options. You can place your order online or you can order by phone, or mail.
Choose your preferred method below and follow its steps to place your order.
Motorcyclecenter.com ships your order in 1-3 days and emails you a tracking number. Shipping can take 4-5 days if your order contains more than 3 items. All in-stock items from an order are processed and shipped. If an item from your order becomes unavailable, it automatically goes on back order (to be fulfilled when in stock) and you'll be notified by mail or phone about the option to receive a full refund, store credit, or have the item shipped when it becomes available.
Placing Orders Online (Credit Card, PayPal, Google Checkout, Bill Me later)
1. Creating a Shopping Account
To place an order, you need to create a free shopping account. Just complete this form with your log-in info, payment info, shipping and billing address.
For online orders we accept the following payments: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Google Checkout, and Bill Me Later. Your credit card will be charged only after your item ships.
2. Sign in
Now you have to sign in by entering your email and password--the Sing in link is located on the top right corner of the page. You can also sign in as a returning customer (the line in red) from here.
3. Find the Items You Want
Now search or browse for items you would like to buy. You can find our keyword search box right below our top main menu (in yellow). You will also find category links on the left side bar, top main menu, and in pages throughout the website. If you click on a category that interests you, you will see a page with specific items or a page with subcategories. Click on a specific item link to see a page with more information about the item--product description, available sizes, pictures, etc.
4. Add Items to Your Shopping Cart
On an item's page, click Add-to-Cart button to add the item to your shopping cart. You can add as many items as you like to your shopping cart. You can access all the items of your current shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart symbol located on the left-side of the page (usually upper left side).
5. Checking Out
Review your shopping cart before you continue. You can remove items by clicking the Remove link next to the item. If you want to change the quantity of an item, insert your own number and click on the Update button below. Now click Proceed-to-Checkout button and you'll reach the first page of our order form. If you have any trouble with completing your order, you can contact our customer service via e-mail or call us toll free at 1-855-624-7692.
6. Choose a Shipping Method
During checkout, you will be able to decide how quickly you'd like to receive your item by choosing a shipping method. If your order contains both in-stock and out-of-stock items, the items in stock will be shipped and you will be contacted regarding the out-of-stock items.
If you wish your items delivered to an address other than your home or default address, you will be able to choose an additional shipping address on the Billing and Shipping form. Note that if you choose to send your items to an additional address, your order will be held for verification.
7. Checking Your Order Status
To check your order status, log in your motorcyclecenter.com account. Find the link My Account and click on it. Now click on the link Previous and Open Orders that is below Order History.

You can also place your order by phone toll free at 1-855-624-7692. Our customer service representatives are available Monday thru Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM P.S.T. For faster service, have your credit card, shipping address, item name, item number, color and quantity ready when you call.
