There were a few things wrong with the bag when it arrived. 1. The zipper for the mesh where your pet can put it's head out was bad and separated. 2, All the zippers are very hard and stiff to operate. In my opinion the hookup inside for your pet should be in the middle and not off to the 1 side or better yet sew a ballistic nylon strap across the bag with a D ring so it can slide back and forth with the movement of the pet. All and All I would not recommend this bag with the problems I am experiencing. There are better on the market and this bag certainly isn't worth what I payed for it.
